We’ve been waiting for this! It’s been snowing every day and the temps have been staying cold! Come have lunch or dinner with us this weekend! The restaurant is open daily at 11:30am and the buffet is open Friday 4-9pm and Saturday 12-9pm!

Winter Buffet Hours for Christmas/New Years: December 18th - Open at 4pm December 19th - Open at noon Closed Christmas Day ... December 26th - Open at 4pm December 27th - Open at 4pm December 28th - Open at 4pm December 29th - Open at 4pm December 30th - Open at 4pm NEW YEARS EVE - Open at 4pm New Year's Day - Open at 4pm January 2nd - Open at noon We will have the buffet open for the Holiday week (usually only Friday and Saturdays). Call for reservations or walk-ins welcome! Due to state mandates, we must have everyone out of the building by 10pm and masks are required when not seated. We look forward to seeing you!

1/18/21 Thanks to our volunteers, over 60 man/woman hours yesterday to get trails cleared and open! Great job volunteers! 24 degrees and flurrying this morning..., picked up a couple of inches of fluffy snow Sunday afternoon and night in the higher elevations. Saturday’s snowstorm was really a help to get us started, 2-6 inches of heavy wet snow followed by 6-15 or so inches of lake effect snow, a good recipe for grooming. As you can see above the snow totals have a wide range, lesser amounts in lower elevations in areas such as Lyons Falls, further from the hill equals less snow. Looks like some more lake effect coming this week, Tuesday though at first glance this next storm looks to favor some areas to our north, will be watching closely. The colder temps over the next two days will help our grooming efforts after a very busy weekend. On to the trails we go! We sent two groomers out Sunday afternoon and evening hitting most of our trails. We did not groom Lee Gulf or easternmost mile or so of some of the lower elevation trails due to lack of snow, just not enough for us to work with. Traffic was heavy yesterday, it’s almost like it was the first day the trails were all open or something lol. We will be out grooming again Monday night, and likely nightly this week. For today expect continued spring like conditions as we still haven’t gotten some much needed cold and we have fresh snow, expect some water holes in lower elevation trails but overall good conditions. In addition to grooming all day yesterday we had a crew out clearing trees that fell from the wind and snow, they cleared well over 20 trees. Just to put it into perspective it took 8 volunteers yesterday to do two grooming runs, cut trees, inspect trails, open trails, etc. So if out riding today and you find some less than perfect conditions please remember what it took just to get to this point. Also if you see a limb on the trail do us a favor and move it off to the side please and let us know if any other trees down.
