New Event Launch Just in Time for Snowfall: Paint like Claude Monet! Paintlikeclaudemonet.eventbrite.com. Supplies and inspiration are $25 and $20 for members. We’ll drop off or you can pick up in time for Christmas. Additionally we are offering family packages inspired by one family who celebrated a Thanksgiving painting to their favorite tunes together. About the event: In Episode 3, "Paint like Claude Monet" we focus on observing the impact of light on the snowscape... around us as we enter into winter. Like Monet, we'll layer on thick coats of whites and then mix the hues of the rainbow to reflect the impact of the light on the snow. Before we begin, explore Monet's snowscapes and dream about how you envision your street layered in snow including the fields at St. Paul's or even the Stratford School playground as the sun begins to set. When complete, the house will be used as a museum for the benefit of the community offering educational progr...ams, art exhibits, lectures, community events, tours and operate our consignment and specialty gift shop, The AT Stewart Exchange. We’ve made great progress with the generosity of our donors and the contributions of Vinny Muldoon’s Old World Quality to repair and restore the front and east facade of the building. We have two more sides to go and then the interior to restore. Due to covid-19, we have not been able to raise significant funds to continue the work and we are starting this GoFundMe campaign to raise awareness and generate the capital needed to continue progress this winter.
