Knowledge may not fix things all the time but it helps us understand things, so that it may be a little easier to deal with in hard times.When i was a kid I use...d to ask my grandparents all the time,about how they lived through the great depression,It intrigued me how my grandparents (blue collar) pulled through it all and made a good life for themselves and had families for many years after the great depression, I learned so much from them, took notes to chart out my own life,not to live beyond your means,keep it simple,putting faith in God,and working hard. This war on virus may be rockin the hell out of us right now mentally and financially but this just may be the time to reflect on your elders and see what they have endured in times of hardship and how they pulled through, the polio epidemic,Dust bowl ,the great crash of 29,and not to forget ww1 the ,poison gas war thousand of people died , ww2 ,4 years of uncertain times.the 1918 flu.the Cuban missile crisis ,Korea,Vietnam and how they survived ,.I was born in 1969, most of even my generation has not witnessed much more, than Lynard Skynard,the mullet, , the K car,and( flock of seagulls quote, Austin powers),but dam, if you know were we came from ,you might have a little better understanding of where we"re going, and if you cant be with some of the old folks and talk to them about their trails and tribulations of past times, and how they triumphed ,just google it and see the many miracles! and good things! that came out of a crisis .Godbless.!!!
