A bit chilly compared to yesterday and tomorrow will be in the high 70's. Gotta love Rochester. Our soups for today are a Split Pea and a Chicken Cabbage. Lunch/dinner choices are a Corned Beef n Cabbage, Ham n Cabbage, Breakfast Bacon Cheddar Burger, Chicken Taco Shell Salad, Beef Tips, Lamb Stew, Chicken Spinach Mushroom Alfredo Lasagna and a Broiled Casino Haddock. I am making some Chocolate covered Oatmeal Cream Cookie Popsicles ( new ).

Really late posting today due to an enormous breakfast and lunch. Back in the kitchen to let you know what we have for specials. Soups today are a Italian Wedding and a Cream of Chicken Corn. Lunch/dinner selections are a Baked Lasagna, Baked Chicken Spinach Mushroom Alfredo Lasagna, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Chicken Ala King and a Broiled Lemon Pepper Haddock. I have baked a Pumpkin Pie and a Pecan Crusted Pumpkin Cheesecake.

Apple Rhubarb Lattice Pie

Now that the cool of Autumn has settled in you can't beat some good comfort food. That's where we come in to fill that need. Our Clam Chowders ( new england and manhattan ) as well as our Seafood Bisque are being served. Lunch/dinner choices are a Salmon Caesar Wrap, Battered or Breaded Fish Fry, Baked Lasagna, Mini Battered Fish Fry, Gorgonzola Sirloin, Battered Fish Sandwich, Poached Salmon w/dill sauce, Scallops FraDiablo, Broiled Seafood Platter, Broiled Scallops, Baked Macaroni n Cheese and a Broiled Cajun Haddock. I am Baking a Apple Rhubarb Lattice Pie for this evening. In the spirit of Autumn we are serving Pumpkin Pancakes w/ a sweet cream cheese frosting and a Apple Raspberry Crumb French Toast w/ warm cinnamon apples as well.

Pineapple Coconut Custard Pie

I am making a Pineapple Coconut Custard Pie for this evening. Our Soups de jour are a Chicken Artichoke Noodle and a Italian Wedding. Lunch/dinner selections today are a Buffalo Popcorn Chicken Salad, Egg Salad Bacon Cheese Sourdough Melt, Baked Lasagna, Baked Meat Ziti, Italian Combo ( lasagna and baked ziti ), Stuffed Peppers, Half Roasted Rotisserie Chicken and a Broiled Lemon Pepper Haddock. We also have in the dessert case a Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Ginger Snap Bread Pudding Pie that was made yesterday.

Baked another Baklava Cheesecake Pie for anyone interested!

Getting ready to make a Baklava Cheesecake Pie for tonight. Our Clam Chowders ( new england and manhattan ) and a Seafood Bisque are being served. Lunch/ Dinner specials are as follows, Battered or Breaded Fish Fry, Salmon Alexander Wrap, Broiled Seafood Platter, Fried Calamari Fra Diablo, Haddock Marinara, Mini Battered Fish Fry, Battered Fish Sandwich, Baked Macaroni n Cheese , Linguine w/ White Clam Sauce, Broiled Scallops and a Broiled Cajun Haddock.

A delicious Pumpkin Pie is in the oven and will be ready this evening. Our soups today are a Chicken Cabbage and a Split Pea. Lunch/dinner choices are a Corned Beef n Cabbage, Ham n Cabbage, Pittsburgh Steak Salad, Baked Meat Ziti, Stuffed Peppers, Polish Sausage n Sauerkraut, Grilled Turkey Berry Melt and a Broiled Casino Haddock. I also made a batch of our wonderful Rice Pudding as well.
