Starting this week, the 7am weekday yoga will be in the following format: Monday and Friday, intermediate to advanced screen shared Alo Moves yoga for 30 mins, and continuing our Oprah and Deepak meditation for 15 mins. TUESDAYS will be taught for gentle beginner yoga with props (eg pillow) for 30 mins, plus a 6 minute guided meditation.
For parents, and all of us, during this Shelter In Place period, we can use Wellness tools in bite-sized chunks to bring consciousness to daily life - like when we sit down with our child/ren, to take a conscious breath together. So simple and yet constructing building blocks for wellness throughout the lifespan.
