It is great to see NYS, and Lake Placid starting to return to what a new normal will be. Local Restaurants are open and doing a great job. The town is seeing more visitors everyday. During these past few months, we have all had to make adjustments in our lives. Being quarantined in our new home has given us a continued appreciation for the beauty, and charm of Lake Placid. Understandably, we have had to reschedule some reservations and yes a few cancellations due to the pandemic. We are looking forward to July/ August to see the return of visitors to the town of Lake Placid. For those wondering, yes it was just a dusting of snow on June 1st, and only on the high peaks !
