Social Media/Marketing Intern DESCRIPTION The AG Team is a international commercial motor carrier and freight brokerage company. We specialize is temperature refrigerated freight. This role will report to the Human Resource Manager. This role can be done remotely during the COVID-19 outbreak (we are based outside of Dunkirk, NY). Access to Zoom is a requirement. This is a paid internship. RESPONSIBILITIES Include, but are not limited to: Participating in online outreach and promotion. Assist with finding/creating/curating content across platforms, especially Facebook. Monitor the internet for trending products, opportunities and stories, search for things people are sharing, liking, recommending and talking about on the internet related to our industry. Assist Content and Web Design Team with setting up posting schedule and content for ongoing campaigns + promotions. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Currently enrolled, or recently graduated in an undergraduate or graduate program In depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Passion for learning is vital. Strong attention to details + deadlines. Basic Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus Not afraid to ask questions! INTERNSHIP PROGRAM DETAILS: Available 2-3 days per week, estimate 8-10 hours a week. Minimum 2-month commitment.

We are looking for a Full-Time & Part-Time, Data Entry Load Processor, to sift through, organize, and type information into our database from paper & digital documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report directly to our CFO. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated information that is easily accessible through a digital database. The ideal candidate will: Be able to work 3-5 hours a day 5 days a week (Minimum for Part-Time) Have excellent communication skills Great attention to detail Accounting background (preferred but not required) Responsibilities Transfer data from paper formats/digital email formats into our industry-specific Transportation Management software, (TMS) database, McLeod. Match and separate load information. Check over paperwork while verifying correct information & identifying missing information Ensure all things are accounted for to bill customers, as well as having everything necessary to pay carriers without mistakes. Verify data by comparing it to source documents Update notes in TMS’s order history as you progress to ensure proper documentation of the ongoing process. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested Respond to Carrier & Factor Invoices, inquiring on the paperwork that may be needed to progress the completion of loads. Requirements Proven experience performing data entry tasks Fast typing skills; Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices Basic understanding of databases Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Great attention to detail High school degree or equivalent Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: To keep our team healthy and safe during these troubling times we have strict COVID Policies that must be adhered to at all times while in our facility.
