Detroit Future City’s new in-depth look into #Detroit’s redevelopment calls for an increase of 27,700 African-American middle-class households, among others, predicated on 3 key areas of equitable growth. The first is to create opportunities for growth, retention, and attraction; the second, increase education levels; and lastly, incentivize specific job sectors to provide middle-class (and higher) wages.
