We have a long history of structural racism across our country. We must, as a community, acknowledge, address, and focus on actively being anti-racist by calling out racism when and where we see it. Racism is a public health crisis. There is unrest and division across Rochester and our community and we stand with those who fight for justice. Our mission of exclusively helping nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, and in turn our greater community remains at our core. Th...is is a time to consider how we can instill values in each other, in our professional and personal lives, and to reflect on how we can take responsibility to find our role in the work to heal as a community.
