Monday Morning Meeting.....Meet "Kay's Kitchen" at Clayton Island Tours - (Share to Win!) In 2014 Dave Introduced "CIT Concessions" providing food service as a ...convenience for guests at Clayton Island Tours and soon introduced "Picnics-to-Go" to carry on-board our tours of the St. Lawrence River. In 2019 we ordered a brand new "commercial kitchen" and renamed our concessions "Kay's Kitchen." Today we offer a made-to-order menu, including breakfast and lunch, catering for private charters, our signature picnics-to-go for any tour, and are available for off-site events! Fun Facts: The new commercial kitchen was ordered from a company in Georgia and while being delivered to Clayton in December 2019 the delivery truck got stuck going up the hill on Rt. 12 in Depauville during a snowstorm! Dave and other staff members patiently waited, and waited, and waited for it to arrive at 39611 Chateau Lane in Clayton! The new kitchen began operation during the 2020 season.
