The State Police are on scene on Gloades Corners Road In Pulteney investigating a suspicious death of an adult male. NEW YORK STATE POLICE On October 29, 2020, at approximately 10:06 a.m., the State Police responded to a residence on Gloades Corners Road, in the town of Pulteney, Steuben County for a report of a deceased male. State Police investigators are on scene interviewing individuals who reside in the area.... Investigators believe the death is not accidental, but are not ruling anything out at this time and the investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to call the State Police in Bath at 607-776-2136.

As of 3 p.m. Friday, Yates County Public Health has reported eight more students have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total number for the outbreak at Keuka College to 20.
