The Cottages at Garden Grove

During our February Cooking Club our residents made yummy cupcakes and cookies then polished their skills using frosting decorating tools. Best part? Eating them of course!!!

The Cottages traveling Grand Parents Club visited the Michael A. Maroun elementary school for an afternoon of trading Valentines, crafting, and sharing cupcakes with Mrs. Damiano's kindergarten class. Fun and many smiles were had by all!

We had a great time celebrating our 5 year anniversary a couple weeks ago with cake, taco Tuesday, smores and wing fest. Thank you to everyone who has made the last 5 year so great! #andmanymore

Great Week last week celebrating Nursing Home Week with many events including a Pizza Party, Cookout, and our first Annual Duck Race. Congrats to the winners in Cottage 60!

Our elders had some very special visitors today. Thanks to a friendly volunteer, Kathy and her daughter, who brought her precious life like dolls in for a visit.

Happy Valentines Day! We had a great time making chocolate covered straweberries. Yum!
