You literally can’t hear it if you’re not tuned to it. What you are tuned to, you hear. What you hear, you decide whether or not you listen to. What you choose to listen to aligns with what you value and that’s what’s most important to you and you life and what forms your definition of self. So...what are you listening to these days? #metaphor #listen #chooseyourgroove #curated #youarewhatyoulistento

All are valid. All provide lessons. All are necessary. Aiming to see is key. Not aiming to make anything what it is. Aiming to see what is. You may cross paths, smile and move on with a moment of connection. That could go wonky if you make it mean the universe brought you together and you might miss the most amazing thing that your Hollywood mind could ever direct. You may go round and round because you are connected to learn, to keep tethered, to visit and revisit what needs healing or learning or both you may fly dramatically towards one another and then frenetically blast of in directions that don’t even allow for a goodbye. And you may go together. You may be arriving for the same flight to the same place for the same things. There’s nothing wrong with any kind of relating. See what is.

Slow down. Let yourself move through the awkwardness of not knowing how to slow down, of not truly feeling confident that you know how to do anything. Remind yourself that judging the awkwardness of anyone who’s learning is impatient. Patience is the highest form of peace. There’s really nowhere to get. If life is unfolding naturally, why spend effort trying to make things happen that are naturally unfolding without a drop of effort. They just are. It just is. Slow down. Enjoy the ride. #theharvestmethod #lifecoach #rachelharvest #hsp. #highlysensitiveperson #peace #anxiety #anxietyrelief #slowdown

Acknowledgment goes a long way. I speak to clients day in and day out who worry and ruminate over the slowness of change. Who get hard on themselves because they have setbacks and things just aren’t going the way they want them to. It’s all about the steps. It’s all about the little accomplishments. It’s all about how you talk to you. There’s really no one out there who can heal what needs to heal. If you’re spending time analyzing what isn’t what you want, you’ll miss the l...ittle joys in every day. Your partner giving you a long hug vs saying and doing everything the way you need them to. Your child trying something new vs being brave and open to everything. Your pup peeing outside once vs being mess free (this one is mine right now). We can all stand to sit back and see the bits of light. The new awareness. The positive change. The simple things. I’ve had a really full life. No matter how hard I’ve been on myself, I practice moment to moment watching. Catching when it’s got to be perfect and pausing to acknowledge what’s good. What’s good is what feels good. What’s good is what you’ve learned. What’s good is that new boundary you really hold. That new hobby you’re willing to suck at, just to try it. What’s good is what this life needs. Humans spend a lot of time on what doesn’t work. So much does work. This world couldn’t keep going if there wasn’t growth and accomplishment. Try and pause. Slow down to see where the love and growing is. Tell me about your little wins. The rest will come. #slowandsteady #littlewins #peace #youaredoinggreat #iseeyou @noel_mcgrath See more

There’s a new tool in #theharvest. Though I find all sorts of spiritual work and coaching modalities to contain bits and pieces (or major downloads) of universal wisdom, I get that fluff is fluff. That feel good approach that spiritual materialism and inspirational speakers give their devotees is nice but it does nothing. It provides absolutely no guidance or Support to growth and repair. It doesn’t nourish or move. It hits that dopamine receptor and gives you a drooly oh th...at feels good. Let me get attached to this to keep recreating that mentality. You don’t learn. No matter what the teaching tool, if there’s an actionable item attached, I’ll try it. This process, as @abrahamhickspublications refers to it, has been supporting emotional freedom in myself and several clients for a time so I thought I’d share it here. This is the #emotionalguidancescale If you’re finding yourself anywhere near the higher numbers, it’s absolutely asinine, not to mention inauthentic, to start into this high vibes only crap and try to convince yourself you’re joyful and empowered. Instead, learn what emotion is just above how you’re feeling and create a thought/declaration that resonates that emotion. So, if you’re depressed, generating thought that has you feel guilty or insecure is an IMPROVEMENT. Once you make it up a rung on the ladder you can generate a thought that steps you further to jealousy. Then to rage. Then revenge. Then anger. & so on. It’s important to stick around in the feeling you’re at. Identify it and with it until you don’t resist it or judge it. Then, move to the next, don’t wallow...EMOTE. Emotions are e-motions, energy in motion. You can move yourself through & find yourself sitting in contentment or, if your feeling ecstatic - passion or love. It’s all In Your power. I just made this cheat sheet to replace the one that got flooded in my wallet during the rains yesterday. As I pulled it out soaked and ink-rubbed, I moved from irritation to pessimism to boredom to contentment. All the way to happiness (humor) in about 20 seconds. Keep practicing. You’ll magically move too #magic #emotionalintelligence #tools #coaching #selfknowledge #selfcare #lifecoach See more

Your thoughts need not be controlled. Your thoughts need to be noticed. Do they align with your actions? If not, something you aren’t conscious of is at play.
