River Street between Fulton Street and Broadway will be closed Monday, October 12th, from 11:00 a.m. until approximately 4:00 p.m. Paving is scheduled to occur later that same week Should you have any questions, please call the office at (518)274-3325.

SNOW REMOVAL REMINDER LOCAL WEATHER ALERT: Snow is expected this evening (12/16/20) through Thursday PM (12/17/20) In an effort to keep the grounds safe for all residents, ... The Hudson’s parking lot will require plowing on Thursday December 17th As a reminder, in order to facilitate seamless and safe snow removal, we require all vehicles to be removed from the parking lot before 9:00AM. Vehicles left in the parking lot after such time will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Please ensure your parking stickers are in the proper location and VISIBLE To assist in this process, we will be plowing the overflow lot prior to The Hudson parking lot. Tenants may relocate their vehicles to the overflow lot, only after the overflow lot is cleared and Judge has commenced plowing at The Hudson’s lot.
