Our phones were all dead when we caught the big ones
Exactly one year ago today a lot changed and I woke up and set a goal to make a difference. Between individual events and organizations I am a part of I would help raise $25,000 for multiple nonprofit groups in the next year. Today I woke up having smashed that goal and have been apart of almost $40,000 in funds raised, nothing I could do without so many others. Thank you to all of the great family and friends that donated to my #MilesForMSA 100 mile May. A huge shout out to... one of my best friends @spotboy12534 for crushing the #Flights4Fighters 110 flight stair climb for Hudson Fire Dept. and @tunnel2towers in full gear. Thank you to @playground_golf_foundation and the Hillsdale VFW for letting me be a part of the golf outings this year. We raised a 75’ American flag for the Veteran Memorial park and while our golf efforts were setback by COVID-19 we will be back to teach golf in schools when the time is right. I hope to someone this serves as some inspiration to go out and help, if you’re even lucky enough to have a phone to see this on then there is someone or some group out there that could use your efforts. #gofundraise See more
Thankful for all the firefighters answering calls today, the medical workers dealing with patients, the police officers that have our backs and the military members that are spending their thanksgiving wherever they are stationed. Don’t think for a second if you’re at home, with family, enjoying food, and watching football, it’s not because these people do what they do, it is. Thankful for everyone that puts others before themselves. #turkeytrot #polarplunge
I’ll keep buying the scratch offs if you keep scratching them. Here’s to an amazing first year and to starting off another one

Once a year for the last two years I’ve had the honor of throwing on the Hudson Fire Department gear to climb 110 flights with @spotboy12534 to raise money for fire fighters like him and their families affected by 9/11. Words cannot describe how much I respect these people and this feels like the least I can do to show my appreciation. I think about the local volunteers in Columbia County, the first responders on 9/11, and most recently those fighting the fires out west very often and always hope you’re making it home safe. I urge everyone to do something to thank these men and women, even if you just stop by your local fire house and say it to their face. A special thank you to @prince_qd for the pictures and live stream. #flights4fighters
A couple of housing warming gifts for some new homeowners. Whether you’re buying or selling Im here to guide you through the process and represent anyone in NY & MA. These are custom engraved 1.5 thick cutting boards by @manvswood and always put a smile on peoples faces
This one cut deep. At a little over 6 years old we had to say goodbye to Patron due to aggressive and incurable cancer. My dad and I laughed at the thought of bringing a dog into our chaotic family, but we all quickly fell in love with her after Tanner brought her home. She was a staple to our family and everyone loved her. She will always be the fifth Urban. Patron I hope there are tons of chipmunks to chase and endless bowls of salmon up there, we miss you.
You might think it’s junk now, but give me the winter and a little carnauba wax and I’ll change your mind.
One of my favorite parts about selling real estate in the Hudson Valley is welcoming people to the place that has given me so many awesome memories. This sale was even better, welcoming some new residents to Golf Course Rd and @copakecountryclub DM me for any real estate related inquires.

A big congrats to my good friend @spotboy12534 passing his Practical Skills Exam to become a paramedic today, he also fights fires on the side as a volunteer. There are still good people in the world.
