I am looking for: a virtual Sous Chef...Prep cooks...Line Cooks....Front of the House Manager...and Servers (lots of servers!) ~Anyone interested in the positions may apply, However, you must meet virtual criteria of: being on or near a computer to respond to virtual reservations and food orders, you must be able to complete virtual tasks in a timely manner, and you must be familiar with restaurant terminology.

This is a fictitious Restaurant trying to establish the interest level and one day becoming an actual Buffalo establishment owned and operated by Lylia Alkhatib. If you think that a restaurant with this type of menu would be welcome in the Buffalo area, please indicate this by liking my page and helping me to stir interest in Middle Eastern Food.
