Today, we are tasting local and fair produced cheeses from Switzerland. Not that easy to find the perfect match, but we are getting close. We are looking forward to presenting these cheese-wine pairing in a few weeks @lavaux_wine_bar

Blanc de Noir- What could that be ? It’s a white wine produced from red Pinot Noir grapes; an impressive mix of pineapple and mango aromas; rich and harmonious. Of course, this one is part of the list we’ll be proud to serve at the bar !
