New Specials are coming together. When we say "house made" we mean "house made". Chef Adam is preparing dough for our new Perogie dish that is making its debut tonight. Stuffed with Mashed potatoes and mozzarella cheese with grilled Andouille sausage, roasted tricolor carrots and just a touch of house made sauerkraut garnish. I will post a photo of the finished dish later today. We also have our Drunken mussels poached in No BS Hefenweizen beer, bouillabaise and grilled bre...ad. Shrimp Creole - Authentic New Orleans Shrimp Creole with house made Polenta with smoked Gouda and fresh herbs, NY Strip Steak - USDA PRIME grilled to order, compound herb butter and Chef's potato and vegetable.
