The Neon Croissant

Did you know that The Neon Croissant is a multi generational effort? We have both been molded and inspired by parents who worked their whole careers in the hospitality industry. Here’s Erin with her dad Bill of Alljoy Donut Co on their recent trip upstate. It only took us two days of talking about donuts and croissants for us to realize we just can’t sit on our hands this weekend. We will be open Saturday and Sunday 9-2, so stop in and say hi!

Santa and Rudolph are working extra hard this year to bring joy and merriment to us all, which is why we featured this care package for them at our pop up yesterday! Thank you to everyone who came out for a warm brown butter oatmeal raisin cookie, spicy black pepper pain de mie loaf, slice of quiche, or any other goodie on the shelves this weekend. We appreciate each and every one of you!
