Come eat and dance in your seat Fridays and Saturdays with B’s crispy chicken sliders. These are a must try item from our new dinner menu. Crispy fried chicken, lemon pepper honey drizzle, crispy slaw, sweet heat crema, served on a toasted bun. Three to an order. Take out available on our website!

NYE in Paris @thenightowlsaratoga. Tonight. 5pm doors. Countdown and fireworks at 6. Thank you to each group coming to socially distanced party with us. TONIGHT WE ARE RESERVATIONS ONLY. To best safely serve our guests we will NOT be taking walk ins. For those that missed it (or waited too long to get a seat) we will see you tomorrow and Saturday for more fun because 2020 really deserves a three party for being over!!!

It is with great excitement that we announce and welcome our new chef Bjorn Burke (@bjorn_845) to the Night Owl. He has created an island inspired dinner menu drawing on both his Jamaican heritage and his culinary experience (15 Church, Bailey’s). Times sure are weird, but at least we can still have a good time! Wednesday, 5-10pm we will be rocking for Thanksgiving eve. Come experience life on Mars and be home just after 10. It’s all strange these days, but at least the music and drinks and food and vibes can be on point. Also, cocktails to go are up so order away for home lift off.
