Apparently, the Holiday hours I posted on my Google business listing never went live, and I have some upset customers who went to my bakery today only to be disappointed. We open for retail on Tuesday, and I am so sorry for the poor communication/technology fail! I am trying to find a weatherproof way tow out info on my door at the bakery as well, to avoid this happening again!... See you Tuesday!

CINNAMON ROLL KIT DIRECTIONS: Bring the cinnamon rolls to room temp... either defrost them in the fridge over night and then rest them on your counter for 40minutes, OR take them out of your freezer and rest on the counter for about 4 hours. Remove icing and lid... Preheat oven to 350 (for some people’s oven, 400 works better- so experiment!) Bake for 10-15 minutes until centers bounce back when pressed. Warm icing if desired while rolls are baking. Spread icing on... enjoy! If the brown sugar makes them stick, take a knife and go around the sides to unstick and scoop out with a spoon! Place tray directly in the oven

By 2 pm today, we had SOLD OUT of all the extra cinnamon roll kits! ( Thank you! ) So my amazing partner and I knocked out ANOTHER batch! There are now 25 more kits going into the freezer! We are also going to do a smallish batch of fresh ones for the bakery to sell warm for tomorrow! Open 9-1 tomorrow!

I am SO EXCITED! I found a new supplier for a few of my ingredients this past week, so I just went through and LOWERED about half of my products' prices! I mean, gourmet gluten free and keto made with 100% natural ingredients will always cost more than supermarket bakery items....but I'm glad I get to be more competitive in my pricing!

Hello Lovely customers!! HERE IT IS!!! Starting tomorrow at 5pm, you can now order product for local drop-off!... Here’s the skinny: I travel up to Canada every 3rd weekend to visit with my children. I come from an area with a similar Covid infection rate as Ontario, is mask mandated, and I and my family are all very careful about Covid. It is the requirement however, that I quarantine every time I cross the border. So I do! I will be dropping everyone’s orders off on a friend’s porch in Elora, and from there, arrangements for no contact pick up or possibly porch delivery can made. The first round of orders to be brought for drop off will be done Dec 5th! The following order will be Dec 27th, and I’m looking for someone to volunteer to be a drop off location for this date and other going forward! Simply place your order online and sellect the 1cent local drop off option! *this is a new system so please let me know if there are any issues! You can pay by credit card or choose bank transfer and etransfer your payment to: [email protected] Please be sure to include your phone number in your info section so my friend can easily make contact with you! I’ll put all order holders in contact with her directly closer to the time. Orders for this first round of deliveries will be cut off on November 24th.
