Of course my organization handles 401k administration. However we are finding that most small business owners are struggling with their Flexible Spending Account. Most payroll companies will pre-fund the FSA. That means the payroll company will withdraw money from your bank account before the employee uses it. If the employee doesn't use it, just try and get that money back. We are a pay as you go FSA Administrator. We will never pre-fund the FSA. We only withdraw what the employee spends, when the employee spends it and not before. We can handle a 1 person FSA. Just $12 per person per month.
