Our first piece of equipment has arrived! The ozonator is here! It is a mobile ozone sanitation system, first pioneered by the wine industry in the early 1990s, now steadily replacing conventional sanitation techniques (greatly reducing the use of hot water and chemicals ) in other food and beverage applications, such as breweries.
