The Range AT Lookup Park 05.12.2020

The Range is open and has been since May. Sorry for the late Post. As long as the Open sign is up, you can use the Range. Hours are when the Town opens the Park in the AM until they close around sundown. There is an automatic ball dispenser there. $6 for 50 balls, and $10 for 100 (cash). There isn't capability for credit card purchases at this time. Be COVID safe and respectful of others (wear a mask, and socially distance).

Although our CEO, Matt Flanigan had to keep his distance, he was grateful to be among the first to say, "Welcome home!" to Kiomy and her family on move-in day. ...In a time when the need for safe, affordable housing is even more clear, we are thankful to be celebrating the completion of four new Habitat homes on Holworthy Street. Over the past few weeks, our construction team has been working with staff only (no volunteers) and maximum health and safety precautions to finish homes that were nearly complete. Last week, we turned over four sets of keys and each family is moving in as they can do so as safely as possible. Please join us in congratulating Kiomy, as well as all four of our newest Habitat homebuyers! Check out interviews with Kiomy and Matt from Spectrum News at https://spectrumlocalnews.com//flower-city-habitat-for-hum And our biggest thanks to the Greece Coalition of Churches for sponsoring this home!

Friends, this is a PSA and an urgent request. Willow Domestic Violence Center is open - court orders of protection, emergency shelter, hotline, and counseling by phone are all essential services we continue to provide. Our 24/7 Hotline is (585) 222-7233. We are in need of some critical items: baby wipes (only 3 packs left for 8 babies in shelter and 2 in apartments), Softee Hair Food (down to our last one), hand sanitizer, PPE for shelter staff and residents, and other items on our wishlist at willowcenterny.org. Please email [email protected] to help. Thank you so much for any help you can offer!! #inthistogether
