Hello, Residents! In observance of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, our office will be closed on Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th. Our office will close early at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, November 27th. While the holiday is one where we can reflect on the things for which we are most grateful, we remember that many are without food. Waitlist Deadline Alert! Applications for the 3 phases of The Ridgeway Communities (188 Warburton, Schoolhouse Terrace, The Villas) will continue to be accepted until 2/18/2019 at 5pm. The waitlist will be closed at that point and we will notify the public of its reopening in the future. If interested in submitting an application for the waitlist, please submit before the deadline! Applications are now available for our newest phase, The Villas at the Ridgeway! Applications will be accepted beginning 8:30am on Monday, October 15th. Head to our website and click on The Villas at the Ridgeway icon for information on how to apply and to download an application. Information on the new phase is also available on our website! Deadline to apply and be entered into the housing lottery for this newest townhome phase is 11/15/20118 at 5pm. The housing lottery will be held at our office on 11/19/2018 at 10am. Rental rates are on the Floor Plans page (subject to change daily). Select homes will be available in December with the entire phase tentatively scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2019.
