Anxiously awaiting a supposed OFFICIAL announcement on guidelines today. Will keep everyone posted ASAP. Again, please be patient as I am doing the best I can with minimal information and 100+ appointments to get rescheduled.

Anxiously awaiting announcements from NYS for official opening date and guidelines. Here is a rough draft of the guidelines we are implementing. Stay tuned for more of a final guide Everyone MUST wear a mask! Please note that hair color may get on the mask so please take that into consideration. If you are sick in the slightest bit or have been around anyone that is sick or has had COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT COME IN, we will get you rescheduled at a later date. ... Temperatures will be taken upon arrival. (As will the stylists before each shift) If you have a fever your service will not be performed. We are asking you stay in your vehicle once you arrive and call the salon, we will give you the ok when we are ready for you to come in as there will be no ‘waiting area’ and to ensure our work stations are properly sanitized. Please come to appointments alone and limit belongings that you bring in. We are limiting our services. NO BLOW DRYS. If you need something more than a root touch-up (a color correction if you attempted box dye) we MUST be aware ahead of time. If you show up and we weren’t aware of your situation you will be asked to reschedule. PLEASE, PLEASE BE PATIENT! We have several months of appointments/clients to reschedule. We will be rescheduling starting with the clients whose appointments were first cancelled and working our way down the list. We can only do so much in one day due to new limitations. WE WILL GET YOU IN but please take into consideration that we are all in the same boat and this is new for us all! WE ARE USING A NEW BOOKING SYSTEM. We no longer have ‘Mindbody’. All online booking is shut off until further notice so we can ensure guidelines are met and the salon is properly sanitized between clients. If you need an appointment you will have to contact us the old fashioned way for the time being! Any questions feel free to ask! I will be doing what I can this next week in preparation of potentially opening June 2.

It’s looking like we will be part of ‘phase 2’- hoping to open in about two weeks but will keep everyone informed when I know for sure. STAY TUNED, can’t wait to see you all!
