We couldn't let Mental Health Awareness Month slip by without highlighting one of our favorite partners and mental health charities @samehere_global They recently implemented the #SameHere Scale in offices and School Districts all over the country. These communities use the Scale either asposters on walls or in app form. Now, they made the Scale available through a new app designed for individual users. Available on both Apple and Google, the app allows you to track your o...wn feelings over time (similar to a personal check-in or journal) and add friends through the contacts in your phone, to check-in separately with those you choose. Share this scale with your family, friends, or colleagues, and encourage them to develop a common language with you. We are all so excited to get you these tools and help you move past "FINE." Thank you @samehere_global for all the work you do globally for mental health awareness

How cute is this picture from one of our wellness kit recipients "I have everything laid out on a bookshelf for the students to explore when they finish their work. I love the mindfulness cards too for our brain break periods."
