Good morning Lovelies! I have made some changes to my cancellation policy and wanted to update all of you. For all services, I will be requiring a NON-refunda...ble deposit of approximately 50% of the service. I will send an invoice to your e-mail that will need to be paid 48 hours in advance to hold your spot. If the deposit is not paid at least 48 hours in advance, your appointment will be canceled and filled with a client from my waitlist. The 50% deposit will count toward the total cost of your service when you come in. If you give at least a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment, we will count your deposit toward your rescheduled appointment. If you fail to give a 24-hour notice of cancellation, the deposit covers my cost of the missed appointment. If you are struggling to cancel your appointment on Sundays and Mondays when I am not in the salon, please download the Vagaro app. This app allows you to make appointments and cancel them at your convenience. You can also check in to your appointment via The Vagaro App and I will call you when we are sanitized and ready for you to come in. I appreciate you all Xoxo
