I will be on the campus tomorrow morning, Thursday. The spud of the day is Chicken Marsala, chicken breast in my homemade marsala sauce with a side of fresh steamed broccoli and sour cream. I have homemade potato salad and will be there for breakfast. See you tomorrow.

I will be on the campus tomorrow morning, Tuesday. The spud of the day is a Gyro Spud. Slices of Gyro meat, sauteed onions, fresh spinach quick sauteed or left fresh, diced grape tomatoes sprinkled with Feta cheese and served with a side of my homemade Tzatziki sauce. I will have fresh homemade potato salad, have it with a sabrett all beef hot dog. I will have breakfast sandwiches and homefries. No soup tomorrow. See you tomorrow.

The spud of the day is Pepper steak, sliced beef mixed peppers cooked in a Soy and Worcestershire sauce, sprinkled with cheddar and a side of sour cream. The soup is homemade broccoli cheddar. I will be serving breakfast sandwiches and homefries. See you tomorrow.
