My last post on this page was 39 days ago! Since then, I’ve been in the hospital, had pneumonia, a broken rib (from coughing), and a full body skin rash which i...s either a drug allergy or result of the viral infection. To say the past few weeks have stunk is an understatement! But we’re all going through so much, and so I keep moving forward, one day at a time. I just wanted to jump on here and let you know I didn’t abandon you, my yogi’s big or little. I wish I was able to do online classes with you, but the truth is I’m not able to do a full practice myself yet. I do what I can, and you should try to do the same. But don’t beat yourself up for what you think you should be doing.
