Our brother, friend, and past National President, Ismael Valentín, Jr. (Epsilon-Alpha) suffered a terrible accident in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In the first week of September, a truck driver negligently ran over him leaving him in a critical state. Several organs, including the pelvis suffered extreme damage. His medical condition is delicate, and with the grace of God, his doctors and nurses, and the support of his family and friends, his recovery has been positive.... However, his current medical expenses (intensive care, medications and materials, laboratories, etc.) amount to over $6,000. This does not yet include the fees for surgeon, anesthesia, assistant, urology, transfusions, nutrition, etc. It is recommended to bring him to the United States to continue with his medical treatment, but we cannot do it without your support.
