NEW HOURS - As we all know Covid-19 has taken a toll on our lives this year. The Viking has not been immune to the effects of this pandemic. Because of this we have made the difficult decision to decrease our hours. Starting immediately and for the foreseeable future we will be open Thursday through Sunday only. It is our hope that by doing this we can keep the Diner going until we all can get back to normal. We have appreciated the support from the community all these months.
