Hello everyone do you love animal Welfare and have time to volunteer to help our sweet cats and dogs in need of love and shelter until they find their forever h...omes. Well, Ruff House Rescue has a petite thrift store on Center Avenue in East Rockaway. https://m.facebook.com/thriftypawzRHR/ We are currently looking for volunteers to help out as sales clerks selling used items of all sorts to help us raise funds for our nonprofit animal rescue organization. Hara runs our store and is a pleasure to work with but she needs help and is willing to train a motivated volunteer. The holidays will be here soon and its our busiest time of year May also donate gently used clothing and items in very good condition to our store as well. Please see below how to contact Hara. The shifts needed are 12-2:45pm and 2:45 to 5:30pm Monday thru Thursday and Sat 12-5pm or we can split the shift. If you have ever had a garage sale or been to one,(or thrift shop) you will know how to help at the thrift shop.
