With 1 g of sugar per cup this spooky seasonal drink is a blood sugar friendly option!... Simply soak 3/4 cup of black sesame seeds for 30 minutes. In a high speed blender, blend 4 cups of water with rinsed sesame seeds, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 pitted date. Strain through a cheese cloth and refrigerate immediately. Warm milk on the stove add to your favorite mug with 1 shot of espresso.
