TIMBER BRIDGE UPDATE: We are on to the next stages!!! While we did not reach the funding goal on Kickstarter, we do declare Victory! The word is out, the amount of press we received and the growing number of supporters are proof that the project is an idea worth pursuing. The amount of attention it attracted was phenomenal, thanks to all of you! In terms of next steps, we have a lot lined up. We have exciting meetings already set up in the next coming weeks with stakeholders ...and representatives. All thanks to our campaign and those who spread the word. We will keep updates coming! Some of the next steps we will be engaged in that's on the Horizon include, -forming an Advisory Committee of civic leaders -continue to collect Letters of Support and signatures -continue our fundraising efforts -continue engineering, economic impact and feasibility studies At some point we will be starting a not for profit Friends of the TIMBER BRIDGE organization. I would like to take this moment to personally thank everyone who supported our campaign. It was an intense 30 days, with so many things learned, and so many people encountered.
