Hello Everyone! A remote post as the store is closed today (Thursday). Spent the majority of the day yesterday working with our service provider. Our database for the player cards has been transferred to our new main office. Now if you have a NAMCO or PAC-MAN store issued play card- You will need to bring it up to the desk personnel and we will be happy to transfer the old card over to a New Play Card!! This is a fairly simple process, and your points and any funds on th...e card will be transferred over. We did this a couple of times yesterday, and the only side effect is that we'll need to re-register the card(s) back to their owners. (But only if you've opted for that service.) So no worries, provided you still have your play old card, We will be happy to transfer it to the new card! Thanks Everyone for the patience! A few other changes will be happening behind the scenes, but nothing that should prevent your continued enjoyment wit our facility. Please reach out to me here (via message) or stop in! I'm happy to answer any questions that may arise.

FINAL HOURS for Memorial day. 11am to 5pm! Please stop in after doing the family thing/parades/etc.. Stop in and keep the ol' bear company! (Old bear=ME the manager) Thank You for your patience while this mystery was unraveled.

2nd to last update on Memorial Day. I apologize for the confusion, but there is some miscommunication. Please hang loose and I'll update if the store is open or closed on Monday for Memorial Day. I'm sorry for the error, but left hand and right hand need to get to know each other.

Got a quick one. (No, sorry we still are not allowed to open....) The home office has once again started to sell games!! And the NYS locations are on the list. The list can be found by following the link for 'NamcoArcade.com" and under "Services" you will find 'game sales'. (Sorry kids, the Batman games have already been sold by the home office....) Any games on the list that people have interest in, Yes the games are for sale! However due to the location being closed..., please understand it will be a bit of logistics to process the sale and do the pick up. The list for Clay, NY is large...So the next expected question "R you guys closing?" Answer: NO! The older stores in NYS have the oldest equipment so we have more available. We need to open up more space due to Covid for social distancing. After all of this blows over and we get back to normal? We'll start rotating games around and freshening up the mix! We do miss all of you folks badly and look forward to getting back to work. In the past we've had people inquire about games being sold, so there ya go! Payment and picking up will need to be arranged (might have to wait until we physically can open....) But it will be nice to move some equipment and get some more NEW stuff in! Stay Healthy everyone! Wishing Everyone a Happy Halloween today!! Sadly we will not be partaking in the annual Mall Trick or Treat!. :( (I am unsure if the mall will be hosting it this year due to Covid.) Also sad to note we still do not have an expected opening date for our return. Still awaiting the Governors release before we can open back up. As always, once we hear something? I will blast it out here!!! Feel free to monitor on the 'forward NY' that I mentioned before. Our industry ...group in NYS is continually putting in the requests to reopen ALL arcades in NYS! Hi Everyone! Sadly we are still not available to open the store(s) that we own and operate in NYS. I hope to be able to update this status soon, as we do miss our guests!!! I am keeping a watchful eye on the "forward NY" site that shows our status. We sincerely hope to be able to open fully and safely in the VERY near future!! In the mean while, Take good care of yourselves and your families. Together we will get past this and return!!

Hey People! Just a note from your local TIME-OUT manager! We are still in a holding pattern for reopening while we await the okay from the state to reopen. (Amusement and Entertainment is still not allowed yet.) I know I know... We all want to get back to normal and have a GREAT TIME with our guests and families. Once we get the signal to move forward? I'll be there setting the store back up, we've got a couple of newer games as well! And I will be resetting the showcase. As always, WE MISS YOU!! And hope to see everyone soon!
