Here’s another condo unit on the base , only mistake I made was pricing, a competitor quoted this job almost twice what I billed the customer and there quote didn’t include the stairs or the hall, also their bid was labor only, my customers total cost was 1/3 of the competitors price, and this customer was extremely pleased.

Now this one was tough, started with a laminate that had gotten flooded from an ac unit which totally rotted the subfloor, had to gut large sections from severe rot and mold, had the entire new floor installed only to have the final object to be reinstalled, (the stove) apparently had something under one of the legs put a massive scratch in the center of the room, got forced to rip up the entire half of the room to replace the scratched pieces, however in the end the customer was very pleased
