Please email [email protected] for an application. All completed applications must be received by June 25th. Limited spaces are available. Eligible youth are aged 13 to 18. There is no cost to the participant.
ISO - The food cupboard is in need of a 3-4 shelf book shelf. This will be used as a base for a portable food cupboard to be situated in Van Etten. If you have a shelf you would be willing to rehome for this purpose, please contact Donna at 425-9294. Thank you.
We are Closed Tuesday Due to the Snow The Indoor Soccer will begin next Tuesday! Stay Safe Folks!
Due to the ongoing health and safety challenges of the pandemic, Lions Camp Badger will be developing alternate plans for our 2021 summer season. Unfortunately..., we will be unable to hold in-person camp programs this summer. We know this news is disappointing, and we are very sad about it also. Even though we can’t have camp together in person, we CAN still create something fun and meaningful that connects us all together. The number one thing that campers say they miss most about not being at camp are the social connections and relationships. At Lions Camp Badger, it is our goal to do our very best to bridge that gap to connect everyone while still staying safe. Our emphasis for 2021 will be on creating that sense of community that we are all missing. We will soon be rolling out a summer program that includes: *Virtual social events with friends old and new *Communication opportunities all campers, including specialized chat classes for those who use AAC to talk *All things camp, such as nature activities, arts and crafts, cooking, music, athletics, and campfires! *Favorite events such as a livestreamed magic show and a FLAME concert! *An optional vocational program to learn job soft skills and hear about different types of employment *...And much more! We will continue to watch closely to see if there are safe options for additional activities that may benefit our campers. We will post again when registration opens in a few weeks. Thank you for our ongoing support of all we do!
