TITLE Boxers, we will be having our normal Saturday and Sunday scheduled classes this weekend. MONDAY MEMORIAL DAY WE WILL ONLY HAVE 2 CLASSES. 8:30AM AND 10:00AM. Come Hit It Hard with us. Thanksgiving Schedule: Thursday- Thanksgiving- We will have 1 class and it will be our pre Turkey Burn Box 75 at 8:30am. 15 minute warmup, 12 rounds of boxing and 15 minutes of core. This is our most exciting class and incredible workout. Make sure you do not miss this. Friday- 8:30am/10:00am Box45. 11:30am Box30... Saturday and Sunday regular class schedule.
