There will be no kids class today. Saturday, Sunday, Monday classes will all be on schedule and at the same times as normal. Sorry for any inconvenience. All kids classes will remain the same for the month of April. Be prepared for a hard class Saturday!!!!!

Okay all its already freezing rain on this end and it's just supposed to get worse so no classes tonight we apologize. There will be a makeup kids Cardio class Wednesday at 4:30 though and the Adult one to be determined. Be safe all see you in a few days.
