Last night Tobar Futbol Academy honored 3 of its seniors, Mason Yamamoto, Luciano Luch Chavarria, and Alex Ramos. In the fall of 2021 Mason will be headed to... Clarkson University, Luch to the University of Tampa, and Alex to SUNY Brockport. We are grateful for the contributions these talented young men have made to our Academy. We recognize their dedication, character, and hard work on and off the pitch. We will miss them and wish them the best of luck on their future endeavors. In addition to honoring our seniors, we also officially welcomed our new and returning boys to Tobar Futbol Academy. They were welcomed with special player t-shirts. These shirts included our Academy motto, "Estoy Contigo," which means "I am with you." This expression is derived from Coach Victor's time as a professional player with Colo Colo in Chile. Colo Colo youth players were all given t-shirts with this expression when they first became a part of the club. When we say "Estoy Contigo" we mean we are for each other and with each other from beginning to end.
