Just a follow up on the recent news article about a positive covid 19 case at Tokyo Japanese Restaurant. The woman was invited by a mutual friend to have dinner for Tony's birthday on August 1st. She took the covid test for her job the following week. Friday night we get a call from the Monroe county health department of the exposure and contact tracing. Our staff, friends and family that was at the dinner party got tested with negative results. Needless to say, we were never shut down. What the media doesn't tell you, she caught the virus somewhere else. Thank you to all our loyal customers who continued to support us.

Here's a throw back of when we were able to get fresh sea urchin shipped overnight from Santa Barbara California. The salmon we are still able to get fresh on the regular.

Congratulations to the phase 1 workers going back . Hopefully everyone else will open up again soon. Not to underestimate Covid 19 but we believe in eating healthy, exercise, fresh air and good hygene should keep everyone safe.
