Beautiful 34.5" Striped Bass caught right next to the shop just moments ago on a Blood Worm using 15lb Mono and a size 4 Beaded Gold Bait Holder on a Top/Bottom rig. Some people have more luck than others but this guy got this beast on his first cast.

Happy Father's Day to the man, the myth, the legend Tom McNicholas. Tom has spent every father's day for the last 48 years helping other Dad's teach their sons to fish. At 72 he stills wakes up every morning, brews the coffee and makes up the bait for the day ahead. Nothing makes him prouder than when a grown man walks through the front door with their sons and tells them that Tom was there 30 years ago when they learned to fish with Grandpa.
