Fridays are great days for wheat beer...we’ve said it countless times at this point. Introducing Sway, our first American Wheat beer at Torch & Crown, and it’s a fluffy, lovely, super refreshing wheat beer designed for the dog days of summer. American Wheat beer don’t have any of the banana or bubble gum character of their German cousins (Hefeweizen), but they do have the smell of fresh bread dough and the creamy mouthfeel that makes them so delicious. We’re really happy how this turned out, and this style is a relative rarity in NYC, so grab a few 4 packs or a pint before it’s gone! Jessica is here! Meet the glowing new face of our Field Sales Manager at Torch & Crown. Jess has spent quite a long time working in beer here in NYC, and just started with us a month ago. Fun fact - She was the 1998 Jersey Optional Gymnastics Association state champion for girls ages 10-12 on vault. Since selling beer, every umbrella she has ever owned has been taken from a bar lost and found. She lost her last umbrella last night, so she’s in the market for a donation.
