Osu, All! Today is TOSHINDO KARATE's Birthday!!!! Happy 27th year, Toshindo!!!! FUN FACT: Sensei Amanda Kostyk is also 27 today! On June 29th 1992, Toshindo was set to open it’s door to the public for the first time. Sensei Amanda, however, had other plans of coming into the world on that beautiful summer day. So, Shuseki Shihan Don happily changed Toshindo’s sign from Grand Opening!, to It’s a Girl! Happy 27th Birthday, Sensei!

Osu all! Friday night fights! This and every Friday . 5pm must have protective gear. Any Black Belt candidate must participate. There will be sparring so come prepared. Shihan Alberta
