Job Description: Seeking an Administrative Assistant to work on-site for a project in Louisville, KY. We are seeking an individual who is organized, reliable, and enjoys working in a team environment. Total Wrecking & Environmental, LLC is a fourth-generation demolition and environmental remediation contractor based in Buffalo, NY, serving clients nationwide. As an experienced and trusted leader in the demolition services industry, Total has an extensive track record of providing safe, cost-effective solutions for a broad range of demolition projects and industries. The Administrative Assistant Responsibilities will require: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Superior problem-solving ability Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, documents and prioritize as needed. High level of comfort working in a construction setting. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Sense of urgency to deliver projects on time with zero punch lists Ability to face challenging situations Make effective decisions on a timely basis Sometimes with limited information Dedication to delivering a safety and productive work site Ability to work with multiple internal departments at a single time Qualifications: Self-motivated and organized Deadline & detail orientated Ability to use Microsoft Products i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel Coordinate with remote jobsites Ability to work on multiple projects at a single time Excellent communication skills Excellent written, oral, verbal, public speaking and presentation skills Able to respond quickly and calmly under pressure Strong leadership skills Compensation $18- $24 an hour based on qualifications Benefits Available to be discussed

The thrid and final implosion at the St. John's River Power Park for the Jacksonville Electric Authority and Florida Power & Light. This is the third implosion to happen on this project, however they are just a small portion of the 1,600 acre power park we were contracted to demolish and return to a green field.
