WHEELERVILLE TRAILS VOLUNTEER DAY- JUNE 19th. 8am-12pm. The Wheelerville trail crew is off to a great season. We are currently busy adding to the bottom of Forever Wild, improving wet areas on North Country, building the main hub at the summit, and beginning work on a hand-built intermediate loop. This season we are also planning a new climb trail, new beginners loop, an advanced hand-built trail, a pump track and another intermediate flow trail. We have a lot planned for 202...1, and not much time in which to build it. Come give the guys a hand on our first volunteer day on Saturday, June 19th from 8am-12pm. We will be working on clearing brush on both Forever Wild and at the summit, clearing and digging the intermediate loop, as well as improving known problem areas. AFTA will supply tools, but please bring along any personal trail tools you may have. Also bring water, work gloves and other appropriate footwear. Thanks to all of those who have come out to ride this year, and for all of the awesome feedback we’ve received so far. And thanks to all of those who continue to invest their time into trying to make this even better. Please come help us turn Wheelerville Trails into New York’s next riding destination!
