ANNOUCEMENT: We will be removing snow from Main St. Wednesday morning 12/23/20 starting at 4:00 AM. Please have all cars off Main St. This is a shared service event with the State DOT, The Town of Rochester and us. Thank You in advance for your cooperation. This is a reminder that between the months of November 1st and April 1st during the hours of 10 P.M. to 7A.M. or continuous snow fall Town Law #1-1973 states there is No Parking Allowed On Public Town Roads. We are unable to plow streets properly when residents do not follow the law. We are asking for your cooperation in this matter and informing you that if a car is left on the road we will have no other choice than to issue a ticket and/ or have your vehicle towed at ...your expense. Please remove any and all Basketball hoops along roads also, The Rosendale Highway will not be responsible for any damage if left out Thank You Bob Gallagher Town of Rosendale Highway Superintendent

As the first winter storm of the season draws near, we would like to ask for your help. If you have a fire hydrant on or in front of your property please shovel... a 3 foot path around the hydrant as well as a path to the street. In the case of a fire, seconds truly matter. A clear hydrant saves time that can be the difference between life and death. See more
