A message from Towne Chevrolet Buick Cadillac Service Department: During these unprecedented times, we know that you probably have questions regarding your safety. Here are the precautions that we are taking at Towne Chevrolet Buick Cadillac to keep you safe and healthy. When coming in for your service appointment, your vehicle is sanitized by our staff. We sanitize your door handles, steering wheel, shifter, push button starter, any and all touch points. We install a s...eat cover, steering wheel cover, floor mat and shifter cover. After our technicians perform the work on your vehicle, and we remove the protective coverings and sanitize all touch points down again. We are sanitizing our facility hourly as well, from our showroom all the way back to our Service Department. We offer contactless service appointments, Just call us when you are outside, speak with one of our friendly Service Advisors, review the work that needs to be done. Just leave your keys in your vehicle, and we will take it from there. When picking up, you can pay your balance over the phone, we will leave your keys and receipt inside of your vehicle.
