Why do we need a new Town Hall? Because this is the meeting room where much of the town's public business takes place. The desk in the fore ground is where the Tax Collector works. This room is not set up to hold meeting with current technology. It's so small that our Planning & Zoning board meetings have been held at the Fire Hall this Summer. Please vote YES on 12/8

Tomorrow, 12/8/20 we VOTE! In person from 9am - 8pm at the Marcellus Fire Hall. Absentee ballots can be dropped off to the Town Clerk today, or tomorrow until 8pm.

Why do we need a new Town Hall? Because these are just a few of the windows in our current building. If the plan for the new building isn't approved replacing all the windows is just 1 of the costly repairs that will need to be funded. Please vote YES on 12/8

Blueprint Breakdown New Town Hall If you've ever met with the Town's Planning/Zoning or Codes Department you can testify that the space the have is too, too small both for the people and the large scale blueprints and plans they deal with on a regular basis. (Orange Highlights) Between the Codes office and the Planning office is a separate room to store plans and view documents. If even more space is needed for a meeting there is a conference room (Yellow Highlight) across the hall. This is a very busy department and this new space will transform how the employees manage projects and interact with residents. Please Vote YES on 12/8

Why do we need a new Town Hall? Because this is the only way to access the second floor. If a resident has mobility issues, they can't access the offices on the second floor. Our Town employees often come to the first floor to meet with residents, but in the new Town Hall every department is easily accessible to all. Please vote YES on 12/8
